Blocked listings
- My listing does not show immediately when I save it
All listings pass through a moderator queue, to ensure that only appropriate material is posted. This is necessary to maintain the quality and reputation of the site for the benefit of all users and visitors. The moderator handles listings quickly during business hours, but you can contact us in the chat below to request attention outside of business hours. - My listing is published with missing text and/or photos
The moderator will not pass text or images that do not meet the requirements of the site. Premium users are permitted to include contact information, while free users are not. Spammy, irrelevant, or inappropriate material will not be permitted for posting. Any questions about moderation results you may refer to us on the chat. Your original text and images are still saved on the site, and we can assist you in correcting them. - I made a change to my listing and it stopped showing
Any changes that effect the moderation results (changes in the text or images) must pass through the moderator queue.
Searching listings
- I cannot find my listing in the search
Check that your listing is published and not waiting in the moderator queue. You can see all of your listings on the Listings tab of the profile page:
If you change the filter of published status to "No", you will see only those that are not published. Unpublished listings will each show a notice, informing you of the status, for example:

If there is at least once listing in your comparison list, the following button appears at the top of the search filter box, which takes you to the comparison page:
Posting listings
- I cannot find the correct make, model, body type, or other feature
If our site does not show the correct make or model, just type the make and model that you need, being careful to spell and capitalize correctly.
If our site does not show the correct body type, please contact us in the chat and explain what you need - we can add it quickly.
If you need to indicate some feature of the vehicle that you do not see on the site, you can write it into the text of the listing.
User profile
- I did not receive my login password on email during registration and/or password reset
Emails may take a few minutes to arrive. If after 5-10 minutes you still have not received it, check your Spam folder. Also ensure that you have indicated your email address correctly in your account. - How to delete my own listing?
Visit the listing, and click on the "edit" button near the top:

Premium users have access to search statistics and other information that can help to optimize listings. - How to improve listing visibility and chance of sale?
A Premium account allows promoting listings in the search results, as well as other functionality for improved sales.
As well, the more information and features that you can indicate in the listing, the better the chance that a visitor to the site will find your listing when searching.
